• Your US wedding will be legally recognised in the UK.
• A Marriage License is issued by the State of Florida, California or any of the other states available to us.
• Barny will attend the Courthouse (in USA) with you both to obtain the legal permissions for your wedding to take place.
• You need to arrive 3 days’ before your planned wedding.

Celebrants cannot legally officiate at a wedding. (watch this space!) Generally, legal Marriage Registration takes place separately, perhaps a few days before the Wedding Day itself, at this point I suggest you do not exchange rings!! I like to think of it as registering the birth of a child, or perhaps signing the legal deeds to your first house. Once the short but necessary legalities are completed then it’s time to party! The Wedding Celebration may be held anywhere and at any time. Your celebration will have such a sense of occasion, that for you and your guests, this will be the moment when your marriage becomes a reality.

My Services Include:

• Your Bespoke  wedding ceremony – Designed and crafted in consultation with the two of you, your venue and your whole creative team. 

• An initial, obligation-free meeting either over the phone, by Skype  or in person if living within an hour of my home. Let’s meet up over a coffee or a glass of wine  and get to know each other. You can tell me all the good bits and the bad…thats if there are any!  We can chat about any unique ideas you may wish to include so we can create your perfect ceremony. The intention is to WOW your guests, make them laugh, make them cry, and give you and them a day to remember. One that you will still be talking about in 20 years time, for all the right reasons of course!
• Access to my resources:    If you are having difficulty choosing music, poems, ideas for your ceremony, or writing your vows, that’s not a problem. The joy of a celebrant led wedding means you can have anything you want. There are  NO restrictions, No legal jargon to comply with. You can include any religious elements if you wish or not – The world is your oyster.
• A fully bespoke Wedding script: Will be sent for you to peruse and you can adapt and revise the ceremony as many times as you like, after all, it has to be perfect. 
•  Unlimited Correspondence  via email or telephone. The choice is yours.
• My attendance at your venue to Officiate on the big day. Means exactly that, I will not be clock watching to go elsewhere. You will have my undivided attention as I will only be officiating your service on your chosen day.
• Optional rehearsal on the day or the evening before, depending on location.

• Reassurance that everything from liaising with the musicians to your best man and photographer will be taken care of on the day.
• Included in your ceremony fee is one of the following options – Handfasting, Sand or Unity Candle ceremony.  You can choose to add as many as you like.   However sometimes less is more!
• A  copy of your individual wedding ceremony script, and your signed  commemorative wedding certificate presented in a ribbon bound souvenir box.
•  My fee for a UK wedding ceremony includes travel within an hour of Epsom Surrey. I am more than happy to travel further afield however additional milage will be charged at 45p per mile.

My Services Include:

• Correspondence as often as is required via email or telephone with Bride and Groom.
• A beautifully crafted, personalised Ceremony, including a traditional Celtic Hand Fasting.
• Preparation of the sacred space in advance of the ceremony.
•  Handfasting Cord or Ribbon (in your choice of colours and yours to keep.)
• A Celtic Loving Cup for the toast following your vows.
• Decorated Besom (broomstick) – for ‘jumping the broom’.

Please note: I will dress appropriately to ensure that I complement the bridal party, for handfasting l usually dress in a full length green velvet hooded cloak, with cream satin lining and full length cassock in cream.

• A Bespoke ceremony, tailor-made exclusively for you.
• Have your ceremony at your honeymoon destination.
• Our wedding packages are versatile and include but are not limited to outdoor ceremonies – i.e. beach ceremonies and countryside ceremonies as well as a variety of US destinations including Hawaii.
• Marriage License issued by the State of Florida or California,or any of the other states available to us and recognised as a legal marriage in UK.

• Barny will attend the Courthouse (in USA) with you both to obtain the Legal permissions for your wedding to take place.
• You need to arrive 3 days’ before your planned wedding.
• You may require additional services such as venue styling and a venue and location search. This (and far more) can be arranged.
• A truly bespoke package for a discerning couple.
• All the options will be discussed with you. Fees will be discussed during our initial consultation.
• Optional UK Blessing ceremony (on your return) for family & friends unable to travel to USA with you.

• Correspondence as often as is required via email or telephone.
• A beautifully crafted, personalised Ceremony.
• A professionally printed commemorative wedding certificate, in a presentation envelope.
• A copy of the script presented on beautiful paper.

£495.00 ( evenings and weekdays )

Vow renewals on peak weekend dates are subject to an increased fee as these are normally reserved for weddings.

I tend to book 12-15 months in advance.  That said, please contact me at any stage of your planning (via my enquiry form) and I’d be happy to confirm my availability.  Should you wish to proceed, I would ask that you complete a booking form, and pay a non refundable deposit of 25% to secure my services.

Once your booking is confirmed, the balance should be received no later than one month prior to your wedding date.

When officiating at your wedding you have my undivided attention as I only undertake one wedding service a day.

Yes! I’m happy to travel anywhere. Just fill out my enquiry form and I’ll let you know how I’m placed. Price is very much dependant on the location, My fee for international ceremonies start from 1500.00

Accommodation will be required for weddings over two hours from home. 

Additional costs are incurred if you ask me  to source any additional ceremony enhancements for you. i.e Handfasting ribbons or cords unity or remembrance candles, sand ceremony items. 

Any unusual costs ( if i have to get a chairlift) if your getting married up a mountain!

 

The truth is just about anywhere that means something special to you. (although you will need the land owners permission).
